Tour Overview:

The Biofuels Tour will provide attendees with an introduction into the agricultural foundations of the biofuels industry, from farm to product and everything in between. Participants will have the opportunity to speak directly with farmers and leaders in the industry along with touring agricultural plots, farms, and processing facilities.

This tour is available for those in the ethanol industry, renewable diesel industry, lenders, insurance companies, investment groups, and anyone else interested in the biofuels.

This course will be offered in-person only. Space will fill up quick, so we encourage you to enroll early!

Included in the registration fee are course materials, lunches and refreshments during the course, one dinner reception on July 22nd, 2024 and one dinner on July 23rd, 2024. Airfare, hotel rooms and other meals are not included in the registration fee.

What About the Hotel?

NCI has a room block at the following hotel. Participants must make their own hotel reservations. You are welcome to stay at other hotels; however, NCI will provide transportation between the hotel and NCI each day only at the course hotel listed below. Please note that there is limited availability at the hotel.

Transportation:

Transportation between the airport to the hotel is the responsibility of each participant. The Clubhouse Hotel has a complementary shuttle, and you can arrange a ride by calling them directly at (701) 282-5777. Taxis are available at the baggage claim area, and Uber & Lift are also available. NCI will provide daily transportation only between the Northern Crops Institute and the hotel listed above. At the conclusion of the course, NCI will also provide transportation to the hotel or to the airport for those flying out early.

Cancellation Policies:

Requests to cancel a registration must be received on or before June 21, 2024 to receive a full refund. Requests to cancel a registration on or after June 21, 2024 will receive credit for a future NCI course that is good for 1 year. If NCI is forced to cancel this course, all registered participants will be immediately contacted, and each will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
